Financial Requests/Community Support Program

We support the arts and our future artists. In the near future, you will be able to get information about financial assistance from this web page section. You will be able to acquire information about application, procedures, and deadlines.

The ESAS is very committed to supporting and enhancing existing art instruction programs for young artists. We support applications from organizations that promote art education for youth and visual literacy programs.

We have supported the following:

• In November 2000, ESAS made a $5000.00 donation to Harcourt House to support their Community Outreach Art Enrichment Programs.
  
  
• In December 2000, a donation of digital video equipment was given to the Edmonton Art Gallery (EAG) for use in their youth classes.
  
  
• The Edmonton Student Art Society gave $500.00 of financial support to the EAG, for some youth drop-in classes during 2001.
  
  
• ESAS gave a donation to the Jean Gauthier Foundation in support of their 2001 summer art classes.
